Refund policy
At Rytual Wellness, your satisfaction and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. We take great care in curating high-quality products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our policy below, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Items
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Non-consumable products that have not been used or damaged.
• Items received damaged or defective due to our error.
Non-Eligible Items
For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers, the following items are strictly non-refundable once opened or used:
• Skincare products (serums, moisturisers, oils, balms, masks, cleansers, etc.) that have been opened.
• Consumable products (supplements, teas, tinctures, ingestibles, or any edible wellness products) that have been opened or partially used.
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards and digital products.
• Products that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
Hygiene Notice: In the interest of health and safety, we are unable to accept returns on any skincare or consumable products that have been opened or tampered with, regardless of the reason. This policy exists to protect all of our customers.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item sent).
• If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
3. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant, size, or item of equal value, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
• Contact our customer care team at info@rytualwellness.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
• Wait for confirmation and return instructions — please do not send items back without prior approval.
• Pack your item securely in its original packaging where possible.
• Ship the item using a trackable postal service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@rytualwellness.co.za with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
