New Moon Women's Circle Ceremony

We're gathering for an afternoon to properly slow down, the way we never quite let ourselves. A new moon circle made for resting, breathing, and feeling held by a room full of women doing the same.

Here's what we'll move through together. A cacao ceremony to open the afternoon, gentle yin yoga, sound healing that you feel in your bones, and yoga nidra to melt you into the floor. You'll go home soft, settled, and with a little gift to remember the day by.

We'll be under the trees at a beautiful spot in Chartwell, with the whole afternoon held by Kiara, founder of The Urban Geisha. You're in such gentle, capable hands with her.
