The Ladies Club is the community at the heart of Rytual Wellness.
Where Rytual is about the daily moments that restore your inner world, TLC is about the real-world moments that fill your cup just as much. Because connection is wellness. Laughter is medicine. Friendship is sacred.
TLC exists to bring women together, to try new things, build real friendships, and say yes to life.

WHO WE ARE
The Ladies Club is a community for women of all ages. Religion-agnostic. Inclusive. Open to anyone who identifies as a woman.
Launched in January 2025 by Justine, the founder of Rytual Wellness. TLC began from something simple and deeply honest: the need for more women friends.
Friends moved away. Others drifted. Life shifted.
So a space was created. What started small has grown into a community of mothers and daughters, best friends and first-timers, women from different ages and stages of life all finding their people.
And completely unplanned, the acronym is TLC. Tender Love and Care. We couldn't have written that better ourselves.

We're not collecting data for world domination. Only for better hikes, better dinners, better dance floors and better memories.

Each month, TLC hosts one or more events in Jozi (For now)
The format changes. The energy shifts. Sometimes it's a hike. Sometimes something creative or cultural. Sometimes theatre or wellness. Sometimes it's just a dance floor and a night of letting go.
You get to pick what suits your vibe. No pressure. Ever.
If it's your first time and you're nervous to walk in alone, reach out to Justine directly. We'll make sure someone meets you at the door. Most women come solo.
All upcoming events are listed on our calendar and shared across our social media channels; that's always where you'll find the latest event details.
Some events are pay-on-the-day. Others require tickets upfront via the calendar, particularly for concerts or external experiences. A small booking fee applies for EFT or Payflex payments to cover bank and admin fees.
Your tickets and full event details are shared after booking. We purchase tickets in bulk to make sure everyone sits together.
We're mindful of budgets. Most events are under R500, because TLC should be accessible, not another financial pressure.
Occasionally, a specialised experience may cost a little more. Ticket prices cover the experience itself and exclude food and drinks unless otherwise stated.
TLC works because of the women in it. The energy. The laughter. The "oh my gosh, same!" moments that remind you you're not alone in this season of life.
