3.2 Placing an Order

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We do not store your full card details.

3.4 Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to courier availability, location, and circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any delivery issues.

3.5 Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, available on our website. In summary: unopened, non-consumable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened skincare and consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

4.1 About The Ladies Club

The Ladies Club is Rytual Wellness's curated event series for women, offering a mix of wellness-focused experiences (including workshops, movement sessions, skincare masterclasses, and retreats) and social gatherings (including dinners, networking evenings, and pop-up experiences). Events are held at various venues across South Africa.

4.2 Event Registration

—     Some events are free to attend; others require a paid ticket. Registration details will be clearly communicated on each event listing.

—     Registration is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Rytual Wellness.

—     Tickets and registrations are personal to you and may not be transferred or resold without our prior written consent.

—     We reserve the right to limit attendance numbers and to close registrations at any time.

4.3 Paid Events & Tickets

—     All ticket prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

—     Payment must be completed at the time of registration to secure your spot.

—     Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly altered by Rytual Wellness (see clause 4.4).

—     In exceptional circumstances, we may offer ticket transfers or credit at our sole discretion.

4.4 Cancellations or Changes by Rytual Wellness

—     We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event due to low registration numbers, venue issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control (including load shedding, severe weather, or force majeure events).

—     In the event of a cancellation by us, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket price or the option to transfer to another event.

—     We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event.

4.5 Code of Conduct

The Ladies Club is a safe, inclusive, and uplifting space. By attending any event, you agree to:

—     Treat all attendees, staff, facilitators, and vendors with respect and dignity.

—     Refrain from any discriminatory, offensive, or harmful language or behaviour.

—     Respect the venue, its facilities, and any products or materials provided.

—     Follow any health, safety, or venue-specific guidelines communicated at the event.

—     Not record or photograph other attendees without their consent.

—     Comply with any instructions given by Rytual Wellness staff or event facilitators.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms.

4.6 Photography & Content

Photography and video may be taken at events by Rytual Wellness or our appointed photographers for use in our marketing and social media. By attending an event, you acknowledge and consent to potentially being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify a member of our team at the start of the event.

4.7 Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Some Ladies Club events may include wellness activities such as movement, breathwork, meditation, or product tastings. By participating, you confirm that you are in a suitable state of health to take part. Rytual Wellness strongly recommends that attendees with any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary requirements disclose these prior to the event.

Nothing presented at our events constitutes medical advice. Rytual Wellness and its facilitators are not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or health outcome arising from participation in event activities.

4.8 Liability for Events

Rytual Wellness takes reasonable care in planning and hosting events. However, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

—     We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from your attendance at a Ladies Club event, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

—     We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings at any event.

—     Our maximum liability to any attendee shall not exceed the ticket price paid for the relevant event.

All content on our website and associated with The Ladies Club — including our name, logo, branding, photography, copy, product names, and event concepts — is owned by or licensed to Rytual Wellness and is protected by applicable South African intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing (such as tagging us in social media posts) is welcomed and appreciated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable South African law, Rytual Wellness shall not be liable for:

—     Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products.

—     Loss of data, revenue, or profits.

—     Any interruption or unavailability of our website or services.

—     The conduct of third-party service providers, vendors, or facilitators.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") or any other applicable legislation. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with the CPA, the CPA will prevail.
