Usage Instructions

How to use

Retinol rewards patience. Start slow, build gradually, and let your skin adjust.

Evening only rytual

  • Wash your face and pat dry.
  • Take a pea-sized amount of serum and apply to your face in upward, circular motions, avoiding the eye area.
  • Let the serum absorb fully before layering on the rest of your evening rytual.
  • Follow with your favourite moisturiser to support the skin barrier.

How often to use it:

Weeks 1–2: Apply 1–2 times per week at night.
Weeks 3–4: Increase to 2–3 times per week, if your skin is tolerating it well.

Long term: Most skins do beautifully on 2-3 times per week. Listen to your skin, redness, peeling, or sensitivity is your cue to ease off for a few days.

Try skin cycling: Alternate retinol nights with hydrating, barrier-supporting nights (think moisturiser, hyaluronic acid, peptides) to give your skin space to recover and thrive.

Always:
