How to use

A simple, three-part daily rytual:

  • Massage the Medi Hair Treatment Oil thoroughly into the scalp and through the lengths of your hair. Leave for 30 minutes as a treatment, or apply before bed and wash out in the morning with the shampoo. Recommended once a week, but gentle enough for daily use.
  • Apply the Medi Bergamot Shampoo to wet hair, massaging gently into the scalp, then rinse well. Apply again, massage into a foam, and leave for 30 seconds to 1 minute before rinsing.
  • Take 1–2 Pro Hair & Nail Capsules daily, in the morning or evening, with water and food.
